WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

We try our best to ship most orders within 24-48 hours after we receive them.
We only ship via USPS.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates as we do not control USPS.

International orders are at your own risk.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept: All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Payments. We DO NOT accept PAYPAL.

WHAT ARE YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICIES?

We guarantee everything we sell.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 60 days to return any undamaged products.
Contact: CS@Slydrpipe.com to get an RMA number and instructions on how to return your product.

Upon receiving your product with the RMA # written on the outside of the box, we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling.
Gift cards cannot be returned.

DO YOU SHIP DISCRETELY?

All of our products ship in either a plain brown box for ground shipments, or preprinted USPS priority boxes for priority shipments. The return address on the box will be from: CS@SLYDRPIPE.COM

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR MY ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY SLYDR?

It is important to clean your Slydr often to ensure the best flavor. It is very easy to clean your SLYDR.
1) Disassemble all the parts and wash in mild dishwashing liquid or ISO alcohol.
2) Use the included nylon brush or an old tooth brush and scrub gently until clean.
3) Rinse and dry, and you are ready to Slyde again.
